JRFT-BM2000 thermal double-sided tape is composed of acrylic polymer filled with heat conductive ceramic powder and silicone adhesive compound into, having high heat conductivity and insulating properties, and it is flexible, compressible, strong adhesive, this product has the characteristics of large range of temperature adaptation, filling the surface irregularities tightly attaching heat source device and heat sink, so the heat is rapidly conducted out.
JRFT-BM2000 thermal double-sided tape with high adhesion and easy handling when you use, you only pressure it lightly which can be immediately attached. Its adhesive properties can strengthen with the increase of temperature and time. Thermal conductive double-sided tape can also die cut into any shape products.
